The tinplate-aluminum easy open end cover is a new type of composite easy-opening cover. It has the characteristics of airtightness, shading, and anti-counterfeiting of the aluminum easy-opening cover. At the same time, the cost is lower and it is easier to open. It can be widely used in the canned packaging of powdered and granular food, especially for children and the elderly.

Tinplate-aluminum-plastic easy-open cover is made of tinplate cover ring and aluminum-plastic composite material. The outer layer of tinplate is sprayed with a 2m-thick polyethylene hot-melt layer, the aluminum-plastic material is a three-layer structure, and the outer layer is 0m thick. The melting point polyethylene protective layer (Rp496), the middle layer is a 9 um thick aluminum foil, and the inner layer is a 9 m thick low melting point polyethylene hot melt layer (Rp440).

The forming process of the tinplate cover is the same as that of the traditional tinplate can cover: after punching, stamping and forming, the sealant is applied to the groove joint with the tank body, and dried. The aluminum-plastic film is die-cut to form a circular sheet with an opening handle, and is bonded to the tinplate cover ring by hot pressing.
